1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what kinds of use are allowed and prohibited when using PromptCanvas.

PromptCanvas is intended for lawful, safe, and responsible AI-assisted image creation. You may not use the service in ways that violate law, harm others, or create high-risk content.

2. You must not use PromptCanvas to generate, request, upload, store, or distribute content that:

• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended to create NSFW content
• Includes nudity, sexual exploitation, or sexually suggestive depictions involving minors
• Promotes, depicts, or glorifies sexual violence, coercion, or abuse
• Is designed to create deepfakes, face swaps, face manipulation, or impersonation content
• Promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, or targeted abuse
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or serious physical violence
• Facilitates fraud, scams, deception, phishing, or identity theft
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• Promotes illegal goods, illegal services, or unlawful conduct
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation rules, plan limits, or technical restrictions
• Uses PromptCanvas to create misleading, malicious, or harmful synthetic media

3. Sensitive or restricted use

Even where content is not clearly illegal, PromptCanvas may restrict or refuse content that creates elevated compliance, payment, reputational, or user-safety risk.

This includes, for example:

• Sexualized or borderline suggestive content
• Violent or graphic content
• Public-figure impersonation
• Election, civic, or misinformation misuse
• Medical, legal, or other high-impact deception scenarios

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload reference material or request generation
• Reviewing outputs before use, publication, or distribution
• Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights

5. Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, or take other necessary action if we believe use violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or the safety requirements of our providers and payment partners.

We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.

即便某些内容并非明显违法，若其会带来更高的合规、支付、品牌声誉或用户安全风险，PromptCanvas 仍可限制、拒绝或拦截。

• 公众人物冒充

4. 您的责任

您有责任：

5. 执行措施

• 拦截提示词
• 删除内容
• 限制功能访问
• 暂停或终止账户
• 取消订阅或拒绝继续提供服务

在法律要求下，我们也可能依法配合主管机关的合法请求。
